The ethos
Anyone can admire a helicopter.Few can keep one waiting for you.
Zkyoma is the work of two houses whose business is readiness. MUrgency, a group of businesses that includes Zenplus, runs services where delay is not permitted. Chipsan Aviation has flown since 2009 and keeps twelve helicopters in the air. The Privé Club is their first programme.

How the Club keeps you ready
Members
Ten principals. No eleventh.
Allocation
Three hours a month, held for you, for thirty-six months.
Precedence
Yours is the first request the aircraft answers.
Rollover
What you do not fly is not lost. It carries forward for three months,
or travels with you across Chipsan's national fleet.Costs
Third-party charges are passed through at actuals. Nothing is added.
Member rates and terms are shared with invited principals.
The aircraft
The Airbus H135 P2+.Approved for Z+ Security operations.
Two engines. Instrument-rated. Five seats in quilted tan leather, and a cabin quiet enough for conversation. When the hour demands it, the same aircraft becomes an air ambulance in about forty-five minutes.
Specification: twin-engine, IFR capable · 2 crew and 5 passengers · cruise about 240 km/h · range about 450 km · based at Kochi.
Fleet and network
The operators
Chipsan Aviation:Flies and maintains the aircraft.
A DGCA-approved non-scheduled air operator with its own maintenance approval. Twelve helicopters, including India's first ACH160 and first Airbus H145 D3.
MUrgency:Knows what it is to be needed at once.
MUrgency Global Services conducts a variety of businesses under one name. Zenplus, among them, has served more than 50 million people, with a team of 12,000+, alongside the National Health Mission, state governments and more than 75 corporates.
Reach
Kochi first.
Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram to follow, flown by founding members on the same terms.
Beyond Kerala, unused value may be flown on Chipsan helicopters in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and further cities.
